Job Summary

As a Family Dollar Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales growth, and maintaining a positive store environment. You will work in a remote setting, utilizing digital tools and platforms to engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Sales Support: Support sales growth by promoting products, offering recommendations, and driving customer engagement.
• Store Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment, including unloading merchandise, organizing stockrooms, and transporting merchandise to the sales floor.
• Transaction Processing: Accurately process transactions using our POS system, handling customer funds, and maintaining a secure shopping environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height.
