About the Role

As a Customer Service / Dispatcher, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. This is a 24/7 operation, and we're looking for someone who can work a variable schedule, including evenings, overnights, and weekends. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
