Job Opportunity: Customer Experience Agent - Overnight Shift (Remote)

We're looking for a customer-focused and proactive individual to join our Customer Experience team as a full-time remote Customer Experience Agent, working overnight shifts from 10pm to 7:00am PST. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues in a timely and high-quality manner.
• Become an expert in reputed company's products, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users.
• Work with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions, seeking opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions, using customer-facing systems like reputed company, reputed company, or Intercom.
• Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A strong customer service mentality with a passion for reaching the best possible outcome.
• 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services.
• Availability to work overnight shifts from 10pm to 7:00am PST, including weekends.
• Understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations.
• Experience with customer-facing systems like reputed company, reputed company, or Intercom.
• A proactive problem-solving and process-improving reputed company.
• Knowledge of collectibles is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree or college experience is preferred.
• Previous start-up experience is a plus.
