Key Responsibilities

• Tool and System Management: Thoroughly understand tool and system business requirements, reading through documentation to provide feedback and deliver project priorities.
• Project Tracking and Issue Management: Manage project tracking, issue flagging, and functionality missing, ensuring seamless execution of marketing projects.
• Team and User Feedback Consolidation: Effectively consolidate team and user feedback and input on associated applications, driving reputed company improvement.
• Feature and Functionality Development: Proactively contribute to building out upcoming features and/or functionality for live tool(s) and/or website(s), foreseeing potential issues and concerns.
• Self-Teaching and Investigation: Take initiative to investigate and self-teach reputed company encountering unknown topics or functionality reputed company a platform or tool.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work across Marcom and with external stakeholders to provide technical and logistic support for onsite and external creative content reviews.

Essential Qualifications

• Marketing and Advertising Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or creative services organization.
