Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Banking Associate to join reputed company in a part-time remote reputed company, working 30 hours per week. As a Banking Associate, you will play a key role in delivering TD's Brand promise at a store location, accurately completing everyday banking transactions, and providing advice and educational support reputed company, products, and tools to help Customers reputed company their financial goals. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end advice to customers, building trust with educational content and tools, providing consultative support, and advocating with proactive insights and recommendations.
• Utilize TD's systems and tools to engage with Customers, acquire and deepen relationships, and provide advice and guidance to attract and retain customers.
• Understand customer financial needs to identify opportunities to promote and educate on products, services, and/or refer them to the appropriate team member or internal Bank partner.
• Accurately complete everyday banking transactions, either on the teller line or on the platform, while uncovering customer financial needs and educating on products, services, and tools or referring to the appropriate expert.
• Service customers on both the teller line and platform as needed, with the ability to service customers with opening/closing personal deposit accounts, everyday bank transactions, debit card/credit card issues, regulation E, mobile and online (digital) banking.
• Connect with customers, provide financial advice, and deepen relationships through reputed company management activities, including the creation and management of self-generated leads, the management of received partner/retail to retail referral leads or campaign leads, customer reputed company (outbound calls, reputed company SMS), setting and/or hosting appointments, and reputed company prioritization.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience working with customers in any reputed company, which can be demonstrated through volunteering, education, military experience, or other relevant experiences.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to provide legendary customer service while transacting, promoting, educating, and referring TD Products to new and existing customers.
• Ability to work during operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Teller experience is preferred, and the ability to complete Teller training and part 1 of platform training upon hire is required.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills and the ability to be concise, clear, and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to schedule and prioritize work, and work independently and reputed company deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision-making and problem-solving, with proficiency in reputed company Office and a Notary License (preferred).
