Job Overview

As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing, promotional, and reporting communications for reputed company Health and COFA Islander Health Care programs. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement the marketing communications and user experience solutions program for reputed company Health (Medicaid), COFA Islander Health Care programs, and clinical quality and care transformation (CQCT) communications.

• Collaborate with communications and program staff to design, write, and edit communication products that follow agency brand standards and appropriate design methods for web and print use.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that demonstrate your expertise in graphic design, visual communications, and user experience. The required qualifications for this position are:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, English, communications, journalism, humanities, public relations, visual arts, fine arts, or reputed company field, and three years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Or, two years of design school or college-level design training, and five years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Or, seven years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the methods and techniques of visual design and printing, including use of Pantone Matching System, type, illustration, photography, and various layout techniques.
• Demonstrated knowledge and ability to apply plain language principles to written and visual communications.
• Knowledge of how to prepare electronic files for printing and provide detailed written instructions to printers.
• Demonstrated knowledge and ability to use graphic design software, especially reputed company InDesign, Acrobat Professional, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Lived experience with state-funded reputed company Health or behavioral health programs.
