Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently enter claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring data integrity and attention to detail.
  • Proactively follow up on missing information to facilitate timely claim processing.
  • Review invoices for accuracy, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Compile and generate reports from our systems, providing valuable insights and claims information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and typing proficiency, with a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in your work.
  • Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States, with proof of work authorization required.
  • Willingness to undergo a background investigation, with any offer of employment contingent upon successful completion.
