As a reputed company Representative at TestGorilla, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing fast, painless, and accurate support reputed company email, live chat, and other channels. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping customers get the most out of our product, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving adoption and renewal rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer written support inquiries reputed company email and chat, educating customers on best practices, driving adoption, and increasing renewal rates

As a Bilingual reputed company Representative, you'll need to be natively proficient in English and have effective communication skills in either Spanish, French, German, or Dutch.

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience working in Customer Support or Success for a SaaS product
• Native proficiency in English and effective communication skills in either Spanish, French, German, or Dutch
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to break down reputed company subjects into clear and simple language
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a resourceful and proactive approach to troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive compensation (€23,000-€34,000 based on experience and performance) + Share Appreciation Rights (SARs)
