Job Summary

As a Patient Access Scheduling Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient experiences by scheduling, registering, and pre-authorizing patients for diagnostic appointments, surgeries, and medical procedures. Under the guidance of our Patient Access leadership team, you will be responsible for providing courteous and efficient services to our patients, accurately documenting patient information, and maintaining knowledge of insurance and authorization requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, register, and initiate pre-authorization and referrals process for patients undergoing diagnostic appointments, surgeries, and medical procedures.
• Obtain and verify patient demographic and insurance information to ensure compliance with reputed company, governmental requirements, and third-party payer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by accurately documenting and verifying patient pre-registration information in a timely and professional manner.
• Collect, document, and reputed company required demographic and financial information.

Essential Qualifications
