About the Role

CourseCareers is an online education company that provides reputed company with an affordable way to start careers with no previous experience or a degree required. We're on a mission to replace the outdated college system and unlock human potential. To accomplish this, we need to educate the world about there being a reputed company path to getting educated and starting a high-paying career. That's where you come in. We're looking for a YouTube Producer who can manage the production of 100 high-quality, educational talking-head videos per month. This is a remote full-time position with a reputed company salary plus a monthly bonus based on video performance. Example video titles you'd be producing include:

• What is Procurement? (Supply Chain for Beginners)
• FASTEST Way to Learn Supply Chain and ACTUALLY Get a Job
• How to get your first AutoCAD Drafting job in 2025 (Starting From reputed company)
• Finally, an Online Certification That's More Valuable Than a Degree (seriously, MUCH MORE)

Most videos will be 7-15 minutes long with a single camera angle and scene. Our goal is to consistently post over 400 YouTube videos across 40 channels per month. If you're successful in this position, there's an opportunity to reputed company a substantial amount of money. What You’ll Do You'll be in charge of the entire production of 100 YouTube videos per month. This includes working with 10 creators, each posting 10 videos/month on their channels. You will:

• Choose reputed company the video titles for each of their channels based on what is currently working on YouTube, their audience, and what will convert.
• Coordinator with the 10 creators to refine titles, scripts, recordings, edits, etc.
• Hire and manage a scriptwriter in charge of writing reputed company 100 scripts per month, utilizing advanced AI tactics. Review reputed company scripts.
• Hire and manage a thumbnail designer in charge of creating reputed company 100 thumbnails + variations per month. Review reputed company thumbnails.
• Hire and manage editors in charge of editing reputed company 100 videos per month. Review reputed company edits.
• Manage the production schedule of reputed company videos and post them across the creators' channels in a regular weekly reputed company, ensuring reputed company 100 videos are published per month.

What You'll Need

• 1+ year of previous experience as a producer or editor in charge of creating high-quality educational talking head videos. Please do not apply without this experience.
• Deep understanding of the YouTube platform, reputed company trends, titles, thumbnails, and edits
• Extremely self-motivated with a strong desire to learn how to scriptwrite utilizing AI and manage the content creation process

• Desire to work in a high-pressure, results-only environment
• Must be able to work 40+ hours per week

Compensation

• $45,000 per year
• There's a monthly bonus pool based on the profit CourseCareers makes from YouTube each month. You'll get a portion of this bonus based on your contribution. This could range from $0 - $10,000+ per month.
