About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company and passionate Faculty Member to join reputed company in the Biotechnology Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing department. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, engaging reputed company, and contributing to the growth and development of our programs. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Delivering assigned classes using pedagogy and technology that best support student learning, and in accordance with college loading policy, course objectives, and program learning outcomes.
• Developing and maintaining curriculum and supporting course materials in keeping with and furtherance of course objectives and program learning outcomes.
• Maintaining student records, attendance, grades, and other documentation as required.
• Managing a classroom environment conducive to student learning and in adherence to federal, state, and college safety standards and practices.
• Facilitating student achievement of expected program learning outcomes.
• Using Learning Management System (e.g., Canvas) to facilitate teaching, learning, assessment, and communication.
• Working with project directors and teams in support of the reputed company Scholars program, ensuring labs are appropriately outfitted and programs are fully staffed.
• Maintaining labs, ensuring equipment is functioning and safe for student learning activities.
• Developing student learning activities and exercises pursuant to future careers in biotechnology and biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Assisting in recruiting reputed company to the biotechnology and biopharmaceutical programs and the reputed company Scholars program.
• In collaboration with reputed company project directors, assessing equipment and program outcomes to support labs and curriculum upgrades and modification, ensuring industry alignment.
• Participating in statewide curriculum committee meetings to standardize curriculum and labs.
• Working with dual credit and dual enrollment partners and internal K14 staff, supporting labs, curriculum, student recruitment, and secondary faculty credentialing.
• Conducting summer workshops to credential faculty.
• Participating in "Discovery Days" at local employers to recruit reputed company into industry.

Retention and Student Success

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

• Providing academic-reputed company coaching and academic monitoring to assigned student advisees in partnership with professional academic advising staff.
• Monitoring and documenting student performance throughout the semester, including use of technology for academic advising alerts.
• Providing necessary interventions, including communication with reputed company, tutoring, and other academic supports, and referrals to appropriate college resources.

Minimum Qualifications

The successful candidate must have:

• A strong working knowledge of reputed company technologies appropriate to the area of instruction.
• Faculty credentials as outlined in the ASOM 7.1 as applicable to the specific area of instruction.

Preferred Qualifications

The successful candidate should have:

• ASQ Quality Improvement Associate and Certified Quality Process Analyst Certifications.
• OSHA 10 and Six reputed company White belt certifications.
• A strong knowledge reputed company of pharmaceutical product pipelines, transcription, translation, and genetic modification, reputed company good manufacturing practices, quality practices, regulatory affairs basics, and formulation fill finish processes.
