Qualifications and Responsibilities for Healthcare Project manager:

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a Healthcare and/or Information Technology (IT) environment

Experience

1 years - Relevant work experience in EIT at BCBS

2 years Relevant work experience in a Healthcare and/or IT setting

Skills\Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAMP), and/or Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification is a plus, but not required.
• Proficient in reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint). Intermediate experience with Pivot Tables, Visio, SharePoint List Builder or Site Creator, and/or MS Power Platform a plus.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills required. Business Analyst background is a plus.
