About the Role
We're seeking an reputed company and strategic leader to direct core aspects of our investor relations ESG function. As a Director, you will be responsible for co-creating the IR ESG strategy, leading the preparation of critical deliverables, and overseeing timely and accurate investor communications. You will be a key liaison between our investor relations team, external advisors, and investors, and will be expected to reputed company innovative approaches to reputed company problems and situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-create the IR ESG strategy, processes, and practices to enhance the ESG aspect of the investor relations function
- reputed company the preparation of critical deliverables, including external pre-read documents, status reporting, and other key materials

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in sustainability, governance, or investor relations
- A minimum of 10 years of direct people/team management experience
- Experience interacting with shareholders as a representative for the Company
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, dashboards, and reputed company tools
- Experience managing, supervising, and developing others in a hybrid environment
- Heightened attention to detail and ability to work under tight and competing deadlines
- Experience serving as a liaison on highly sensitive matters or projects
- Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and reputed company recommendations to and influence decision makers
- Critical thinking and ability to influence without authority
Preferred Qualifications
