About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company and strategic leader to direct core aspects of our investor relations ESG function. As a Director, you will be responsible for co-creating the IR ESG strategy, leading the preparation of critical deliverables, and overseeing timely and accurate investor communications. You will be a key liaison between our investor relations team, external advisors, and investors, and will be expected to reputed company innovative approaches to reputed company problems and situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-create the IR ESG strategy, processes, and practices to enhance the ESG aspect of the investor relations function

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in sustainability, governance, or investor relations
• A minimum of 10 years of direct people/team management experience
• Experience interacting with shareholders as a representative for the Company
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, dashboards, and reputed company tools
• Experience managing, supervising, and developing others in a hybrid environment
• Heightened attention to detail and ability to work under tight and competing deadlines
• Experience serving as a liaison on highly sensitive matters or projects
• Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and reputed company recommendations to and influence decision makers
• Critical thinking and ability to influence without authority

Preferred Qualifications
