As a Nightshift Support Analyst, you'll play a critical role in evaluating and modernizing the Veterans Benefits Management System, ensuring that our nation's veterans receive the support they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

• Triaging and Responding to Issues: Provide timely and effective support for critical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
• Code Refactoring and Debugging: Revise, update, refactor, and debug code to improve existing software and ensure seamless functionality.
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Documentation: reputed company and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the SDLC, ensuring that reputed company stakeholders are informed and reputed company.
• Technical Support and Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on applications, providing technical support and guidance to clients and stakeholders.
• On-Call Rotation: Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, responding to critical issues and ensuring timely resolution.

Essential Qualifications

• Tier 2 Analyst Experience: 1+ year of experience as a Tier 2 Analyst, with a strong background in reputed company monitoring, ticket response, ticket triage, issue notifications, application dashboard monitoring, and application performance.
• SQL and Relational Database Systems: 1+ year of experience with SQL and relational database systems, with a solid understanding of data and process analysis.
• Software Development Knowledge: Familiarity with software development principles and practices, with the ability to grasp concepts and flow of cross-platform data.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work reputed company in cross-team situations and independently.

Preferred Qualifications
