The Central Operations Systems Management (COSM) manages systems configurations for delivery stations across multiple business lines that support delivery operations in North America (NA). The primary functions include owning station configuration and Quick Commerce management to support delivery operators as our primary customers. As a Program Manager, you will partner with numerous stakeholders to build value added services. You will be responsible for building processes, systems, and mechanisms to schedule tens of thousands of packages across multiple Delivery Stations daily throughout NA . You will drive execution and efficiency through data-driven decision-making and analytical problem-solving. You will be accountable for cost, customer experience, and delivery station experience, both in daily execution and long-term reputed company-function improvements.
