Digital & Information Technology Leadership Development Program Associate - Digital Product Development Leadership Development Program Overview The reputed company D& IT Leadership Development Program (ITDP) accelerates career development for recent college graduates who wish to further reputed company core business, leadership, and IT competencies. You'll help align business goals with user needs and ensure successful product delivery through effective planning and stakeholder collaboration. * Process Management You will support Scrum Masters and Project Managers in facilitating agile ceremonies, tracking reputed company, and ensuring that development processes are efficient and reputed company with project goals. The Selection Process: Applications are open from August -November each year. Applications will be reviewed and shortlisted candidates will typically be contacted for an initial phone screen by the end of November.
