The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing reputed company deployments across HCM, Payroll, Finance, or other modules, and will serve as a strategic partner between business and technical teams.

• PMP, Agile, or other project management certification is a plus.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
