Key Responsibilities

• Build rapport and establish trusting relationships with members, providing a safe and supportive environment for them to share their concerns and work towards their goals
• Conduct detailed clinical assessments, including initial and follow-up assessments, to inform the development of personalized treatment plans

• Monitor, evaluate, and support members' progression towards their identified goals, providing ongoing feedback and guidance to ensure optimal outcomes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that demonstrate your expertise as a therapist. The following requirements are essential:

• Masters in Social Work or Doctoral Degree in Psychology: A graduate degree in a relevant field is required, with a strong foundation in clinical theory and practice
• Clinical license to practice in the reputed company: You must be licensed to practice in reputed company, with bonus points if you are also licensed in FL, TX, and/or NC
• 2+ years of experience working in the field of eating disorders: Experience working with individuals struggling with eating disorders is essential, with a deep understanding of the reputed company issues and challenges that arise in this population
• 2+ years of experience working with families & adolescents: You should have experience working with families and adolescents, with a strong ability to engage and support these populations
