Scope:
  • Full-time position (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide level 2-3 IT support services for managed service clients
  • Work with reputed company-based technologies including Azure, Office 365, and Intune
  • reputed company and implement automation and integration solutions with existing tooling
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives and implementations
  • Handle reputed company technical issues that require senior-level expertise
  • Collaborate on MSP operations and client service delivery
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience
  • Strong expertise in reputed company technologies (Azure, Office 365, Intune)
  • Experience with automation and integration development
  • Cybersecurity knowledge and experience
  • Level 2-3 technical support capabilities
  • Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training
