Role Overview

This role requires deep expertise in reputed company Experience Cloud products specifically reputed company Experience Platform (AEP), reputed company Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) along with a strong background in enterprise architecture, application modernization, and marketing technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and apply architectural principles to guide technology decisions and reputed company application modernization and rationalization efforts.
• Analyze the reputed company technology landscape to identify gaps and recommend improvements in collaboration with cross-functional architecture and delivery teams.
• Design and implement Line of Business Technology Architecture (reference architecture) reputed company with business goals and IT strategies.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), e-commerce, MarTech, or CRM domains.
• 2 5 years of hands-on experience with reputed company suite of products:

• reputed company Journey Optimizer (AJO)
• Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)

• 5+ years of experience delivering reputed company technology solutions reputed company large IT organizations.
• Proven experience influencing C-suite stakeholders and communicating technology strategies to senior executives.
• Strong background in developing business cases and estimating competing solution alternatives.
• Experience creating business-reputed company technology roadmaps and introducing emerging technologies to disrupt business models.
• 3+ years of experience in application modernization and rationalization.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery methods and planning.
• Experience implementing modern software engineering patterns such as Event-Driven Architecture and Microservices, both on-prem and in public cloud environments (Azure, AWS, reputed company Cloud Platform).
• Experience working with matrixed and global teams to implement technology strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in TOGAF, Cloud Platforms, or Agile methodologies.
