About the Role:

The Account/Project Manager at Creatify.AI will oversee creative resources, ensuring seamless project workflows and the timely delivery of tasks. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, maintaining client relationships, and delivering high-quality video ad solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ad agency background and demonstrate key qualities such as excellence, collaboration, and strong team player and leadership. He/She will drive success by fostering teamwork, ensuring efficient processes, and consistently meeting client needs in the dynamic field of AI-driven video advertising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative video ad projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.

  • Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including creative, design, and production, to ensure seamless collaboration and high-quality output.

  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring client expectations are met.

  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate creative resources, ensuring the right talent is assigned to projects to optimize efficiency and quality.

  • Process Optimization: Implement and refine project management processes to enhance workflow, improve project delivery times, and maintain quality standards.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all creative deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, aligning with client expectations and company goals.

  • Project Management: Ensure the project management tool and tickets are well-organized and the status is consistently updated.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Foster a collaborative work environment, maintaining clear communication across teams and with clients to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in processes and workflows, making proactive recommendations for efficiency and productivity gains.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Project Management: Proven track record of managing creative projects, ideally in the advertising or marketing industry, with a focus on video production and AI-driven solutions.

  • Strong Ad Agency Background: Previous experience in an advertising agency or creative environment, with expertise in client relations and creative processes.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, consistently delivering high-quality project outcomes. Highly dependable and requires minimal supervision.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing client interactions and collaborating with internal teams.

  • Knowledge of the Tools. Ideally has experience using any of the following tools: Linear, Slack, Frame.io, G-Suite, Canva, Capcut, etc.

  • Strong interest in AI. Staying current with industry trends while demonstrating strong adaptability in dynamic tech environments.
