The Fintech Risk team at reputed company is responsible for driving risk-informed growth for the rapidly expanding reputed company Fintech line of business. Whether it is enhancing our strategy and processes, sharpening our policies or identifying new products for our merchants, the risk team is an integral part of charting the path for the business. 

We are seeking a strategic and reputed company credit risk leader to build and scale risk management frameworks that reputed company responsible growth. The Director, Credit Risk, is a high-profile role that will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing credit reputed company to support the expansion of reputed company Capital’s lending portfolio. The role will partner closely with Product, Data Science, Finance, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to align credit policies with strategic objectives. About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

• Risk Strategy & reputed company
• reputed company and refine credit risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures for new and existing lending products
• reputed company portfolio risk monitoring, segmentation, and stress testing to ensure appropriate risk-adjusted returns
• Product Expansion Support
• Partner with Product and Finance teams to design new lending offerings, embedding risk controls from inception
• Define reputed company standards, scorecard strategies, and eligibility criteria to support responsible growth
• Portfolio & Loss Management
• reputed company ongoing monitoring of credit performance, delinquency trends, and loss forecasting
• Establish early warning systems and recommend policy adjustments based on observed risk signals
• Cross-Functional Leadership
• Foster strong partnerships with Product Management, Operations, Engineering, Data Science, Accounting, and Strategic Finance teams, driving alignment and facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with Data Science to enhance predictive risk models and data-driven decisioning
• Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure lending practices meet regulatory standards
• Present portfolio performance and risk assessments to executive leadership
• Team Leadership
• Build and mentor a high-performing credit risk team, fostering expertise in reputed company, analytics, and portfolio management.

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

• 10+ years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in consumer or small business lending
• At least 5 years of experience in managing a team
• Strong understanding of credit risk analytics, reputed company, and portfolio management
• Experience supporting the launch and scaling of new lending products
• Proficiency with credit modeling, loss forecasting, and stress testing frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and influence executive stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and leading high-performing teams

The reputed company salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to reputed company salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).
