As Vice President of Product Management for the ITSM pillar at reputed company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution for reputed company’s portfolio of IT Service reputed company. You will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring market fit, and delivering customer value across reputed company’s ITSM products. Your leadership will reputed company cross-functional teams and influence the direction of the company’s ITSM offerings in a rapidly evolving digital workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategic roadmap for reputed company’s ITSM product suite, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.

• Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and reputed company teams to deliver market-leading ITSM solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with significant exposure to ITSM or enterprise IT solutions.
• Proven leadership experience, preferably managing product teams in a fast-paced, SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Deep understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL), market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling ITSM products.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience working with AI/ML, automation, and cloud-based service management platforms is highly desirable.
• Ability to influence and work effectively across reputed company levels of the organization.
