We are looking for a Product Designer/Interaction Designer with experience in end-to-end design processes. The role requires communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to hold professional conversations in an international environment (minimum upper-intermediate – B2

Job responsibilities

• You will contribute to the design of the end-to-end customer journey, from customer vision and product strategy through to the development of product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with small, cross-functional teams to create a wide range of experience design deliverables including journey maps, service blueprints, roadmaps, prototypes, and design systems.
• You will facilitate workshops, reputed company unique design strategies for products, and take part in making strategic decisions at the portfolio level.
• You will contribute to planning and measuring business outcomes and customer metrics across the end-to-end customer journey.
• Identify and reputed company customer hypotheses in collaboration with both Thoughtworkers and our clients, to run product experiments and customer tests.

Technical Skills

• You have a proven track record in product and experience design with skills in user research, service design, digital product design, reputed company design, and product strategy.
• You’re comfortable leading and advising discovery and research activities for digital products and services, employing different methods and metrics to communicate customer and business value.

Professional Skills

• You have communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to hold professional conversations in an international environment (minimum upper-intermediate – B2).
