Description Applications for Part-Time, Adjunct Instructor pools are continually accepted (unless otherwise specified) by the District. Southwestern College is looking to hire a part-time instructor to teach legal classes including but not limited to: BUS 140:BUSINESS LAW/THE LEGAL ENVIRONMENT OF BUSINESS Examines the nature and role of the law in our society emphasizing the legal environment in which business operates. Provides an overview of the U.S. legal system, reputed company, torts, bankruptcy, consumer protection, environmental law, intellectual property, Uniform Commercial Code, and regulation of business. Class modalities include face-to-face, online, hybrid, and remote. However, for this reputed company recruitment, we are most interested in candidates who are available and enthusiastic about teaching at least partly face-to-face during the day. Classes may be held during weekdays, and/or evenings at any of the reputed company sites (Chula reputed company, National City, Otay reputed company, and/or San Ysidro) including local high schools and/or Donovan Prison.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) OR Legum Baccalaureus (LL.B.) Additional assessment is required for applicants with foreign degrees from colleges or universities reputed company of the United States.
