CTG is seeking to fill a Product Owner Development Lead opening for our client in Bellevue, WA. Location: Bellevue, WA Duration: 4 months Duties: Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of key initiatives within SAP Application Development and Maintenance (ADM). Collaborate closely with Technical Product Managers (TPMs) to gather feature requirements, create UML diagrams, and break down features into micro-level user stories using a developer-centric, technically detailed approach. Engage with business stakeholders to understand product capabilities and translate them into actionable user stories for both Digital and SAP platforms. Strategically build and prioritize user stories aligned with sprint goals, ensuring team velocity and delivery timelines are met. Provide ongoing support during SIT/UAT testing phases and assist with production support to ensure smooth rollouts and issue resolution. Drive cross-functional collaboration across business teams, vendors, and IT, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to technical and functional standards. Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP applications, technology, and industry trends. Ability to design, develop, and maintain SAP applications aligned with business and IT strategies. Proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Expertise in creating UML diagrams, micro-level user stories, and backlog prioritization. Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience: Previous telecommunications (TELCO) industry experience required. Proven experience acting as a Product Owner. Hands-on experience with SAP ADM (Application Development and Maintenance). Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional collaboration and managing delivery timelines. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
