We are looking for a highly capable, highly reputed company, and persistent individual with excellent written and direct verbal communicate skills to deal with past clients that have not honored their contractual obligation and to settle outstanding debt. In addition, the desired candidate must be able to maintain a high degree of professionalism and kindness, while also being effective in a collections role. Our services' effectiveness is based to a significant degree on reputed company participation in our program – much like that of a personal trainer. The challenge is that in these types of scenarios, a client's results are strongly tied to adherence to a program and less than optimal results is in many cases are not due to a faulty plan. A client must compensate the plan administrator even if they failed to meet the expectations of their commitment to the program. We have developed several tools to combat this issue, one of which establishes clear agreement of understanding of the expectations of the program. The ideal candidate will have the ability to reputed company the signed Agreement and effectively garner payment due. Compensation
For the right individual this can be a reputed company lucrative position. We will provide a salary and significant bonus for successful collections. We anticipate the income to be between $60,000 and $80,000 based upon results.
