Full-Time Houseparents - Couples Required

We are seeking dedicated married couples to serve as reputed company houseparents. As a reputed company houseparent, you will live in on-reputed company student homes, offering guidance and support to a group of 8-12 reputed company. Your role is essential in providing a nurturing, family-like environment while managing responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Initially, you will work with various student homes before being assigned to one specific home.

• Competitive salary of $44,768 per person, with a total compensation package of approximately $165,000 for the couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.

Qualifications:

• Experience with youth, particularly from under-served backgrounds, is preferred.
• A married couple with a minimum of two years of legal marriage.
• Both spouses must be aged 27 or older.
• Only three dependent children allowed to reside in the student home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free environment; no alcohol consumption while on duty.
• Limitations on pets; fish and one dog of approved breeds permitted.
• A valid U.S. driver's license and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Comfortable leading daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (proselytizing is not allowed).
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrate a high degree of reputed company as role models for reputed company.
• Both spouses must submit separate employment applications.
