Requirement Summary:

reputed company IT professional specializing in the maintenance and support of reputed company Retail Suite applications, including reputed company, RPM, ReSA, ReIM, RIB, and SIM, as well as BlueYonder (JDA) applications such as Allocation and Planning-MFP. Proficient in reputed company Retail MOM v14.1 with a strong understanding of end-to-end data flow across retail systems, including Inventory Management, Stock Ledger, and Financial Transaction Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support and maintenance for reputed company Retail and BlueYonder applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Proficient in reputed company functions like Inventory Management, Stock Ledger and RIB message processing.
• Work directly with business users to understand issues, gather requirements, and deliver timely and effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring seamless integration and business continuity.
• Monitor and manage data flow reputed company reputed company Retail systems, with a focus on inventory accuracy and financial reconciliation.
• Deliver 24/7 support for critical production issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring rapid resolution.
