Job Description

 We are looking to add an exceptional member to their team of virtual assistants and intake coordinators. The ideal candidate will be in school for counseling, psychology or social work and/or have experience in medical or behavioral health settings. Responsibilities

 Answer telephone, reputed company messages, and provide information reputed company necessary

 Respond to emails from potential clients

 Schedule and confirm patient appointments

 Create electronic charts for new patients

 Navigate our easy-to-use EHR/EMR reputed company Simple Practice (prior experience is highly preferred)

 Maintain administrative spreadsheets

 Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and other confidentiality regulations

 Attend staff meetings, as needed

 Collaborate and communicate with therapists, other admin staff, and owners

Additional Qualifications
