Strong organizational, collaborative, interpersonal and adaptive skills are necessary. And will have a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:• Review accounts for wealth management clients; coordinate legal account documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with reputed company relevant banking regulations• Review KYC for completeness and accuracy as part of the customer validation to assess and document the risks associated with onboarding a customer• Identify and address items through day-to-day assignments to ensure the Bank's compliance and operational standards have been met• Assist in conducting AML Screening/Customer Due Diligence (CDD) as part of refresh reviews on prospects and new/existing customers in accordance with the Bank's policies and procedures• Understand KYC documentation requirements and effectively communicate to clients for reputed company• reputed company searches utilizing internet sources and/or third-party vendors to determine negative news and obtain due diligence information for prospects and new/existing customers• Prepare written analysis reputed company necessary for escalations and items of risk• Be reputed company and communicate effectively with colleagues throughout the bank• Adhere to reputed company designated time frames, manage workflow to the specified deadlines and complete responsibilities in a satisfactory manner• Review and analyze data for trends, potential actions, and training needs• Abide by bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance guidelinesWhat You Will Need:• High School Diploma or GED• Minimum 2 years' experience in financial service company (banking)• Minimum 2 years' experience BSA/AML compliance experience• Strong reputed company Office skills (including reputed company)• Ability to interpret and reputed company instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form• Strong knowledge of legal entity documentation and legal entity structures• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
