The OSFM is recruiting for a Data & Operations Analyst (Operations & Policy Analyst 2). As the Data & Operations Analyst you will work with program leadership to measure program efficiencies through the development and tracking of key performance indices, conducting trend and time series analysis, developing forecasts for core services, developing interactive dashboards, story maps and research reports, building surveys, and more. Additionally, as a key data steward in the Department, this position will also partner with other analysts, program staff, and IT specialists to implement data governance best practices to ensure a healthy and functional data environment. This is a full-time, permanent position and is represented by the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) union. This position is based at our headquarters in Salem, Oregon. The expectation for this position is to be in the office full-time during the 6-month trial service period. Upon successful completion of trial service, the candidate may be eligible for hybrid-remote work options depending on business needs.
