Responsibilities

 Conduct inbound and outbound calls to US-based candidates, effectively screening them for client's hiring requirements.

 Utilize call-in tool to record outcomes of calls, providing accurate and timely information.

 Motivate candidates to complete job applications and assist with scheduling and rescheduling their first day of work, ensuring smooth onboarding.

 Review application forms to ensure reputed company details are accurately filled out by candidates.

 Handle inbound calls and promptly resolve candidates' queries, delivering exceptional customer service.

 Respond to candidates' queries reputed company email and text, providing clear and concise information.

 Resolve queries using a ticketing platform, with knowledge of reputed company considered an advantage.

 Maintain a quality score of 90% and above throughout the process, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets.

 Escalate reputed company issues or problems and seek guidance reputed company necessary.

 Establish and maintain process controls, updating and validating process documentation to ensure compliance with requirements.

 Identify opportunities for process improvements, suggesting reputed company to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control measures.
