- Managing IT budgets, procurement, and the IT capital programme.
- Overseeing the implementation of new and upgraded business systems, including cloud migration projects.
- Maintaining effective IT support through a reputed company helpdesk service.
- Supporting business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and auditors, while managing IT policies and compliance.
- Acting as deputy to the Head of IT reputed company required.
- Establish and drive a reputed company improvement programme for the IT service.
