As part of our cross-functional team, you’ll help business units create data-driven, compliant, and personalized digital experiences. We work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure a consistent and engaging user journey across all digital channels.

What to do

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand their goals and help them leverage digital tools effectively.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to website tracking, digital campaigns, and user experience.

• Support the integration of tracking and analytics solutions across Erste Group.

• Contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge sharing to empower business users and improve utilization of marketing technologies.

• Help ensure that digital solutions are compliant with privacy regulations and Erste Group’s security standards.
