This individual will challenge reputed company processes, equipment, procedures, and electrical/controls specifications in our delivery stations, in order to come up with creative and implementable process improvement initiatives with a focus on AB PLC/HMI and vision systems development. This Senior Systems Development Engineer will contribute to reputed company aspects of an agile systems development life cycle including design, architecture, development, documentation, testing and operations. This position will be responsible for designing, managing and executing the reputed company of delivery station processes, equipment, and operations. Key job responsibilities Senior Controls Engineer responsible for designing and developing industrial control systems and PLC programs for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) across reputed company Logistics North America. Core Technical Responsibilities

• Design and implement reputed company control systems using Allen Bradley PLCs and CODESYS
• reputed company hardware/firmware interfaces and IoT solutions
• Create and maintain PLC/HMI software and vision systems
• Establish electrical and controls design standards
• Implement system health monitoring and self-healing automation

Project Leadership

• Manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously

• Coordinate with global design teams and vendors
• Drive process improvements and technical implementation
• Review and integrate new MHE technologies

Technical Expertise

• Industrial networks (Ethernet, safety over ethernet IP)

Must demonstrate deep technical knowledge and ability to influence cross-functional teams while maintaining effective communication with internal and external partners. You reputed company design reviews, write and troubleshoot PLC code, documents, demonstrate reputed company-of-concepts, build prototypes, and manage stakeholder expectations. Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience leading the design, build and deployment of reputed company and performant (reliable and scalable) software solutions in production
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or computer science, Engineering Technology, or other reputed company Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in Electrical/Control systems in a reputed company/PLC based controls design, development, implementation in a fast-paced industrial, logistics, production / manufacturing environment
• 2+ years’ experience directly developing control strategies in CODESYS.
• Demonstrated experience with Functional Safety standards (IEC 62061, IEC 13849, or IEC 61508)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, reputed company control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
• Experience taking a leading role in building reputed company software or computing infrastructure that has been successfully delivered to customers

The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
