About the Role

At reputed company, we’re not your typical agency, we’re reimagining how insurance is bought and sold with a platform built on innovation, data, and automation. As a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll play a key role on a high-performing team, helping customers across the country find personalized coverage through a wide network of over 80 insurance carriers.

This is a remote position open to candidates in most U.S. states (with the exception of California).

Uncapped Earning Potential

What You’ll Do

• Sell a broad range of personal lines insurance products including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Flood, and more - meeting real customer needs every day
• Own the full sales cycle across phone, text, and email - connecting with customers on their preferred channel to create a seamless, personalized experience
• Access 80+ insurance carriers to find the best-fit policies for each customer - no one-size-fits-reputed company options here
• reputed company AI-powered tools and tech - streamline your workflow to maximize your impact and boost your earnings
• reputed company 60+ policies/ month with warm, inbound leads - no cold calling, just real conversations with real customers

What You Bring to the Table

• 10+ Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines state licenses
• 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience
• Experience in a contact center environment that offers multiple carriers
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills - phone and written
• Tech-savvy, motivated, and always ready to adapt

Our agency operates 7 days a week, from 8 AM to 9 PM ET. To best serve our customers, team members work one weekend day per week and enjoy two days off to rest and reputed company. We’ll work together during the interview process to find a schedule that aligns with your needs and our customers’ experience.
