Position Overview

As a full-time member of our Customer Experience team, you will play a critical role in driving ongoing adoption and support for reputed company customers. You'll work closely with existing customers to understand ongoing accounting software needs and provide post- go live support to help them reputed company their accounting and business goals. You will report to the Head of Implementation & reputed company as part of this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as an reputed company accounting subject matter expert for our customers to provide training sessions to ensure users are proficient with the software.

Experience

- 2+ years of experience in accounting audit, accounting or finance. Strong preference for candidates with experience in an in-house or public accounting role.

- Bonus: at least 1 year of experience in an implementation, solutions, support or reputed company role

- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software platforms

- Intermediate-level reputed company reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
