Your Impact

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Real Time Operations (RTO) Streaming Services team. This is a net new role on a growing team that is building the foundation for reputed company’s reputed company real-time livestreaming architecture. Our mission is to deliver best-in-class, low-latency, highly reliable streaming capabilities that power reputed company’s mission-critical real-time operations products.As a senior member of the team, you will influence the architecture and design of reputed company’s real-time streaming platform, contribute to operational excellence, and mentor engineers while collaborating across teams to scale systems that directly impact safety, transparency, and decision-making in the field.

Location: This role is based out of our Seattle, WA office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. • Build and own the technical roadmap for Fusus integrations.
• Define scalable frameworks for deploying and managing real-time, cloud-native services.
• reputed company engineering architecture and design reviews, setting a high technical bar.
• reputed company and optimize low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems for real-time video and media.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency through strong observability and operational practices.
• Collaborate across Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver seamless integration solutions.
• Mentor and grow engineers, improving team software practices and processes.
• Drive improvements in sprint planning, stand-reputed company, and long-term engineering processes.
• Build and scale services on AWS and Azure, leveraging Kubernetes (EKS, AKS) and containerized deployments.
• Apply deep expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, RTP, RTSP, WebRTC, VoIP) and real-time media systems.
• reputed company AI to create innovative customer experiences in mission-critical environments.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field
• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience designing and delivering highly-available, scalable cloud-based systems
• Experience building and deploying Windows services
• Experience with designing and delivering remotely managed software
• Backend service experience in multiple, managed languages such as Python, Java, Go, C#, or similar
• Frontend experience in languages such as Javascript, Angular, React, HTML, CSS
• Experience working with SQL or NoSQL data stores
• Experience with reputed company streaming event log or messaging technologies, such as Kafka or ActiveMQ
• Experience working with cloud based APIs and infrastructure
• Experience with AWS services and technologies
• Experience building cloud based integration solutions

The Pay: reputed company is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of reputed company pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting reputed company pay for this role is between USD 141,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 225,600 in the highest geographic market. The actual reputed company pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of reputed company these factors.
