Business Skills Coach

We are looking for a Business Skills Coach to deliver high quality training programmes to reputed company our Apprentices knowledge, skills and behaviours for their Level 5 Leadership & Management Programme. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working in Apprenticeships ideally delivering coaching and management qualifications.

Requirements

• Qualified trainer and assessor with demonstrable training and delivery experience of Level 3 and 5 Management Apprenticeships and Qualifications.
• Delivery experience of Level 5 Operations Manager Apprenticeships would be desirable.
• Industry competence and experience in a management role.
• Proficient in managing learners and caseloads effectively.
• Utilises technology adeptly to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
• Can consistently demonstrate operating as an outstanding or minimum good trainer/assessor, through previous OTLA (Observation of Teaching and Learning) and standardisation observations.
• Proven ability to work in a reputed company driven environment with a track record in successfully achieving targets.
• Excellent written skills to reputed company detailed feedback and reputed company setting of objectives.
• Experience of Ofsted inspections and an understanding of ESFA funding requirements desirable but not essential.
