The role
This role sits reputed company the Merchant Risk Monitoring team in our Merchant Operations Group. The team is responsible for the core systems that manage our in-life merchant risk management. These systems ensure that we meet our compliance obligations and stay reputed company our risk appetite as a business.
In this role, you will work closely with engineers to drive product improvements that strengthen our controls whilst continuing to provide a good customer experience. You will also collaborate with teams across the organisation to ensure our capabilities scale with the needs of both customers and the business.

- Leadership: Setting direction and coordinating action across a range of teams and functions
- Shipping stuff: Working with your team to support changes to completion, delivering consistent positive impact across your product area. Being comfortable delivering a range of projects: from MVP experiments testing a hypothesis to a new feature.

reputed company salary range: Salary range: the expected reputed company salary range for this position is between €4,400 - €6,600 monthly.
reputed company salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-reputed company of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and reputed company between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.
