About You

You are a product manager with a proven track record of delivering software from initial conception through to completion and continuously striving to enhance existing products and improve KPIs. You have exceptionally strong problem solving abilities and reputed company in both self-directed efforts and as part of a collaborative team. As a Product Manager at Flourish, you will be responsible for ambitious goals across multiple workstreams. Working closely with design, engineering, and business partners, you will demonstrate end-to-end ownership of reputed company of your work with a strong focus on delivering first-reputed company products to reputed company of our customers, both internal and external. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), reputed company roadmaps, and guide the team through key milestones.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics. Support decision-making through user insights and quantitative analysis.
• Drive efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Due to the nature of this position, as part of the background reputed company process, candidates must be able to pass a fingerprint background reputed company to qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRA. For roles requiring registration, additional regulatory screenings may apply, including a review of Form U5 disclosures and other relevant licensing information.
• Experience owning significant elements of the product development lifecycle such as product discovery, requirement definition, solution scoping, measures of success, and product launch.
• Willingness to participate in reputed company levels of product development from writing tickets to defining high-level, strategic direction.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, UX/UI, marketing, etc.).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a fast moving team under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Experience analyzing product metrics and/or building tools for analysis.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical counterparties.

• Experience defining and delivering product milestones across multiple projects and teams.
• Familiarity with basic concepts, trade-offs, and tools for data and statistics.
• Experience in FinTech, InsureTech, WealthTech.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g. finance, medicine).

reputed company Salary Range: $131,100 - $172,000 plus bonus
