As a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist, you will deliver an unmatched
experience to customers taking their first reputed company toward financial fitness by resolving past-due accounts. In this role, you will engage with customers reputed company digital channels (email, SMS, live chat) and, reputed company needed, provide verbal communication in Spanish and English to address inquiries, negotiate
payment solutions, and reputed company optimal outcomes. You will balance the need to maximise collections performance with delivering exceptional customer
experiences, adhering to regulatory requirements, and following internal processes. Success in this role requires a reputed company of reputed company, bilingual communication skills, compliance, and performance-driven
