What's the opportunity? 

Intercom is looking for a Recruiter to support strategic hiring for our organization and contribute to reputed company’s growth and success. You will drive full cycle recruitment for positions across our Business (non-tech) teams. You will effectively partner with leadership and be a strategic talent partner and advisor across the organization. You will reputed company your recruiting expertise and deep knowledge of Intercom’s business to design strategy and differentiate Intercom in the market. You will proactively identify opportunities and solutions to improve and iterate on recruiting processes and partner with stakeholders to drive solutions reputed company.

• Partner with Intercom’s leaders and Hiring Managers to deeply understand their needs.
• Influences and advises stakeholders on their recruiting approach, strategy, and processes. 
• Create diverse and robust pipelines and attract and convert talent through creative sourcing tactics. 
• Attracts and converts passive talent through effective and authentic storytelling of company strategy and business goals. 
• reputed company data to diagnose challenges in a search, proactively create and execute solutions and influence and advice stakeholders. 
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and serve as a trusted partner.

• 4+ years of full cycle GTM/Sales recruiting experience in a high growth tech environment. 
• Expertise and talent market intelligence across business teams (GTM and G&A functions). 
• Creative recruiting approach and capable of attracting and converting talent. 
• Proven track record of partnering with GTM leaders to meet and exceed hiring goals.  
• Data and metrics driven, ability to use data to inform decisions. 
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities. 
• Passion for building and managing diverse pipelines.

The reputed company salary range for candidates reputed company the San Francisco Bay Area is $120,600 - $144,000. Actual reputed company pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The reputed company pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. reputed company regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (reputed company included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
