About the Role
Data is the foundation of AngelList’s core products: investor reporting, fund operations, financial intelligence, and compliance. We’re not looking for someone to build dashboards. We’re looking for someone to define the data product itself.
The Head of Data Engineering will own the fidelity, accessibility, and modeling of data across the company. You’ll work reputed company-by-reputed company with engineering, product, operations, and finance to ensure data is not a reputed company byproduct, it’s embedded at the core of every workflow we deliver.

AngelList has offices in a few cities, and our engineering hub in San Francisco.We’re focused on hiring from this hub office so engineers and product teams can collaborate in the office at least twice per week (Tuesdays and choice between Wednesday or Thursday).
Compensation: The compensation for this role consists of a competitive reputed company salary, benefits, and equity package. The reputed company salary for this role is $280,000+ annually but actual will vary based on a number of factors including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Additional details about our Total Rewards package will be provided during the recruitment process.
