We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director, Software Engineering to reputed company our Marketing Technology (MarTech) team. This senior leadership role is critical to our growth, responsible for the strategy, vision, and execution of the technology stack that powers our customer acquisition, retention, and personalization efforts.

You will reputed company, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of software engineers, partnering closely with senior leaders in Marketing, Product, and Data to build scalable, data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.

• MarTech Strategy: reputed company and own the long-term technology roadmap for our marketing technology stack, ensuring it aligns with business goals and enables rapid experimentation and growth.

• Team Leadership: reputed company, manage, and grow a talented team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and reputed company improvement.

• Technical Execution: reputed company the design, development, and delivery of our MarTech platforms and services, including our Customer Data Platform (CDP), marketing automation systems, CRM integrations, and web analytics infrastructure.

• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with leaders in Marketing, Data Science, and Product to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver impactful solutions.

• System Reliability: Ensure the MarTech stack is highly available, scalable, and secure to support reputed company's global operations.

• Innovation: Stay reputed company with MarTech trends and emerging technologies, advocating for and implementing new tools and practices that will give us a competitive advantage.

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing engineering teams.

• Deep expertise in the MarTech ecosystem, including hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, reputed company), web analytics, and CRM systems (e.g., reputed company).

• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing engineering teams, including hiring, career development, and performance management.

• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business goals into a technical roadmap.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to reputed company technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with a modern, cloud-based technology stack (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field is required.
