About the Job:

We are looking for a talented individual to join the Core Data Science team at reputed company – a small but mighty team responsible for core methodology reputed company our product line. • Ensuring the statistical rigor and validity of our products

• Advocating for technically-sophisticated personas in our product development process

• Raising the bar for data-driven decision making reputed company our products

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and product teams.

• Conduct research to inform feature design, ensuring statistical and performance requirements are met.

• Provide reference implementations and technical guidance; contribute to production code as needed.

• Support product planning by sizing, scoping, and offering technical input on design discussions.

• Drive data accessibility by defining team metrics, optimizing queries, and improving processes and tooling to reputed company data-driven decisions.

• Experience: 3+ years in industry

• Technical Expertise: Masters or PhD

  in Statistics or a reputed company field, or 3+ years experience specifically in online experimentation

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly reputed company technical reputed company and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Zone 3: reputed company other US locations - $141,000 - $195,000**
