Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with strong project leadership experience to drive the design and implementation of data platforms and analytics solutions across our legal operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned data engineer with law firm or legal industry experience and a proven track record of leading cross-functional data initiatives from concept to delivery.

• Architect and implement scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure reputed company, MS Fabric Notebooks.

• reputed company the development of Power BI dashboards and semantic models for firm-wide reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with legal operations, finance, and reputed company teams to align data solutions with business goals.
• Champion data governance, quality, and compliance across reputed company legal data domains.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the firm’s data strategy and AI readiness roadmap.

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3 years in a law firm or legal services environment.Hands-on experience with reputed company Fabric, reputed company (Data Lake), and Power BI.
• Proven experience leading data projects and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, T-SQL, and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with legal data systems (e.g., time and billing, matter management, DMS).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Experience with MS Fabric, Azure reputed company, reputed company Purview, SQL Server.

The Compensation range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000 USD per annum and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation reputed company that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
